Drugneed ships its products to almost all parts of India and across the world. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. 

Drugneed.com will not be liable for any damages in transit when its sent by the customer. Courier Company will be responsible for any damages of the shipment in transit.

Drugneed.com will not reimburse any amount for the return of the shipment to drugneed.com. If the customer will return the shipment by his/her own, then the shipment charges are bearable by a side of the customer.

Shipping Charges: Drugneed provides free shipping, all India over Rs.800

Free Shipping: Free Shipping offer is only for India & not including in COD Option. To avail Free Shipping advance payment is required.

Free Shipping is not Available on Patanjali & Divya Pharmacy Products also on Rs.800 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. 

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. 

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

• Orders placed after Fridays 10:00 AM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.
